The Bad
While the majority of reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, there were some common complaints about noise transfer, the rooms, the pool/hot tub and the staff.

Some guests complained of noise disruptions. They reported being able to hear guests in adjacent rooms and rooms overhead, as well as noise in rooms near the hotel's dumpster, cleaning room and laundry room.

While the majority of reviewers were satisfied with their accommodations, a few guests had complaints about their rooms. They described old furniture and stained carpets felt that they were small.

A few guests were disappointed with the hotel's pool and hot tub. They found the pool's temperature to be too cold, and found the hot tub to be too small for the number of patrons wanting to use it.

Although the majority of lodgers were generally satisfied with the hotel's customer service, a few reviewers were frustrated at the staff's lack of response to noisy, partying guests. These guests complained that the staff didn't do anything to deal with the noise issues.
