"Good value & would stay again"
"Access to the rooms is good. Access to the pools and front desk to also good. Beds were very comfortable. Room had overhead fan - nice feature. Disappointed that the breakfast was only cold buffet. Needed some protien for skiing. Needed to go elsewhere for breakfast. Recommended that an extra mirror be put in the room somewhere (outside the bathroom) so other guests could get ready while the bathroom was being used."

"Comfy beds but not sure if it is worth more than $89 a night"
"This hotel has very comfy beds but the paint was peeling from the walls in the bathroom and the toilet didn't flush quite right. I would have been upset if I paid more than $89 a night. The service at the front desk was great."

"So-so..."
"When we got to the hotel, it was freezing (its february) and when I turned up the heat it didn't work. A maitenance guy came and inspected the room and ended up giving us a heater because our vents weren't working. Then my daughter and husband went to the pool which was nice, the only things were the shower in the women's change room didn't work and the sauna was disgusting (stinky, not clean). We had a good night's sleep so it wasn't a total loss. I guess if you want a cheap hotel you get what you pay for :)"

"Very bad management, noisy environment around (swiming pool)"
"The hotel was clean and room was good, but not a quite living at all. We (My wife) got the room 253 and there is a family suite just beside us (252). We could not sleep until 3-00am (on July 25, 2010) due to the screaming, shouting, drinking (may be), and big noise originated from room 252 (a number of young couples was there, we noticed). It seemed to us that there was a night club or DISCO club in this hotel. That time, we thought that there was no management in this hotel. Next morning, we asked front-desk about this and the reply was shocking (they did not know). The impression we got from them that it was normal in this hotel. I doubted, some of the hotel stuffs were involved in this incident. I would kindly request the hotel authority to investigate what happened on July (10PM on July 24, 2010 until 3-00AM 3-00AM July 24, 2010) in room 252. I also ask hotel authority to educate the stuffs how should hotel run. I will not recommend anyone any rooms around swimming pools and close to family suite. Who love quiteness, they should avoid these rooms or avoid this hotel. However, I will recommend this hotel for those people who are used to noisy environment."

"Not bad, I would stay again"
"Good beds, nice bedding. Great air conditioner in the room. Reasonable value. Pool and pool area could use some work, seems a bit run down.
Interesting to note that I found a good rate online but when I called direclty hotel wouldn't match the price so then I went back online and booked room that way. I thought that was a bit odd and not very customer service oriented."

"Extended pool hours for adults?"

"Great staff - average accomodation"
"The front desk staff were excellent and attended to our needs/requests immediately.
Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work in our room the first night - stiffling hot, so we were moved to a different/lesser quality room the next night. Also the fire alarm went off at 3 am - fortunately it was a false alarm but between the hot room and the alarm, we did not have a very restful night."

"OK for a night or two"
"To compare it to other hotels I would say that is more or less a normal Motel that you pay $70 for in the US, but since it's in the park I guess they can get away with any price...We expected more of a Hotel but it's a normal Motel."

"Overall this was a good hotel to stay at. It was one of the cheaper hotels in Jasper at the time and for the amount of time we spent in the hotel it did us just great. The hot tub outside was also very cool and you dont that see very often!"

"This was a bit pricey, but I guess that goes with Jasper. The in-room fridge was small and hidden. It took a while to find it. There was a coffee maker but no kettle. No microwave meant we had to go out for all meals. Otherwise, it was a clean basic motel room. Staff was very friendly. We will probably stay here again as it is the cheapest room in town."

"Try to put some coffee fillter in each. The internet was not good. you don't need to time your internet because some people would like to use it in the middle of the night. Other things were very very appreciatety. I had a create stay. So see you next time."

"The vent in the bathroom ceiling dripped water for about a half hour Thursday night about 9 or 10 PM. I called the desk, and they said they would take care of it. It stopped dripping about 10 minutes later. I waited a half hour, then went over to the desk to request extra towels to clean up the water in the floor of the bath."

"The hotel is located on the edge of town but has easy access to main roads and it is not crowded in by other high buildings. The buildings have been there for some time and the amenities are somewhat dated. However, it is better than other hotels in Jasper (of similar price) in which we have stayed previously so have no complaints."

"The hotel was old and the rooms could have done with a freshen up.
The hotel wasn't value for money and was taking advantage of the
summer season to increase rates for the hotel.
We payed a lot of money for a room that didn't even come with a
breakfast even though they were selling rooms for less money that
included a breakfast."
