The Bad
Guests mostly said positive things about the hotel but occasionally a guest found fault.

A few guests said the hotel was tired, although clean and well maintained. Issues arose from: a lack of lighting in a couple of rooms, a small bathroom, an old carpet that needed to be changed and noise transfer from within the rooms and nearby rooms that a couple of guests complained about.

Occasionally a guest would say that the room rates were expensive in Jasper, but most guests in the reviews read felt the hotel offered good value and good amenities in a good location.

"Housekeeping staff were excellent. Pools were excellent. Restaurant only offered buffet for breakfast and every hot dish was cold and almost empty (at 10 am). Would have preferred to order from a menu therefore ALL other meals were eaten elsewhere."

"We had a very stay, the only negative we have to mention was the service at the restaurant. The staff was heavely loaded and not give the services as rest of the hotel."

"A few details need to be tended to. Coffee maker not working properly, dish tray dirty...nothing major just irritating. Could have used an extra chair or two on the main floor. Loft OK."
