The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the staff, rooms and location.

The staff were the source of numerous compliments by reviewers, who found them efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with directions. One patron remarked, "The staff were completely amazing. From the young man who checked us in, to the ladies in housekeeping, to the other young man who saved us when we didn't realize the door was locked (we had gone outside when the rain broke to take pics without taking our key) and he got us another key".

Many lodgers were pleased with their accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and linens. A few guests provided negative feedback, however (see below).

Several travellers enjoyed the lodge's location, describing it as peaceful and close to bars, shopping, restaurants and downtown Jasper. One guest noted, "Nestled into the back corner of Jasper, you are very close to downtown and a quick drive to anywhere".
