Guests who stay at one hotel within the chain may use the facilities at the other hotels and they are all near each other (with the exception of the Pocahontas Cabins which are closer to the northern park gates and not within the Jasper town site).

Other guests expressed cleanliness concerns with multiple guests unhappy with the carpets in their rooms. Some guests did not just focus on their rooms but indicated that they thought that the hotel seemed old.
