"We requested a quiet room and quiet it was. Thanks! Also, we thoroughly enjoy the continental breakfast-it's so convenient. Appreciate the fact that you use non-disposable tableware! The pool was clean and well organized. The front desk staff were professional, courteous and helpful. All in all it's a great place to stay. We'll be back in Aug.! Thanks."

"Grand Prairie is not an inexpensive place to stay. I stayed at the Super 8 in Edmonton the night before and got the same type of room for under $80. - I paid $120. in Grand Praire .... which was not justified. (ie. I didn't get anything extra for my $40.)
The Super 8 product is consistent, clean and comfortable for me, but the price in Grand Prairie was a 'bit of a rip'."

"Raising hotel prices as a result of limited room availability is a rip off. I have inquired about this at other super 8 hotels and it is hotel policy to maintain a fixed rate. In addition, advertising the waterslide, pool and hot tub is not a way of attracting business guests when there is no high speed internet available. Thirdly, the TV screen sizes are a joke as compared to other hotels i stay in. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. Their key card system was broken which meant that you had to go to the front desk to get someone to let you into your room every time. That was a hassle but the staff did the best they could. The rooms were showing lots of wear and tear but were clean. Very expensive given the quality of the rooms."

"I have indicated in #7 that I would recommend this hotel. I would recommend this hotel ONLY as long as they did not end up in Rm. 406, or any other similar room. This room had an adjoining door to a room in which a couple that were staying there were into some pretty serious conflict. Lots of crying and pleading etc. Adjoining door(s) were not "sound insulated" and voices were very clear in my room.
Plumbing was seriously noisy! Other room's plumbing gurgled in my bathtubs drain and the noise from pressurized water (showers, toilets etc) was very loud throughout the night."

"Excellent experience. Very clean rooms, friendly and helpfull staff.
