This hotel is situated in a commercial area just off Highway 63, and is about a 4-minute drive north of the MacKenzie Industrial Park. Both smoking and non-smoking accommodations are available. All 83 rooms and suites are air conditioned and include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, cable TV with a DVD player, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk, a sofabed, blackout curtains, an iron with ironing board, and a hair dryer. Suites offer more spacious accommodations with a separate living area and a sofabed. All rooms and suites are furnished with one or two queen beds. Extended stay rates are available.
Free parking is available on site and pets are permitted for an additional fee of $20 per night, per pet, for the first 7 nights and then $10 per night. A refundable deposit is required at check in of $300 per stay and a credit card is required at check in.
A free hot breakfast is served daily from 5 am to 10 am. The Victory Sports Bar serves light fare and drinks 4 pm to midnight, Monday to Saturday.

The staff were very well liked at this hotel by recent reviewers. A couple of guests were disturbed by noise from early risers starting their trucks in the parking lot. Although a lot of people did not complain about noise disturbance, and a few found the rooms quiet, noise complaints did surface from time to time in the reviews. Other instances, were music from the attached bar, noisy neighbours and a loud heater fan.
A couple of guests also felt the hotel needed better maintenance. One mentioned an ice machine that remained broken over his two separate stays (the manager said it was on the fritz for a while and was getting replaced), and a couple of people mentioned broken tiles which also lacked grout in the washroom.
