"Lousy staff, blamed the reservation company"
"When I arrived, they did not have my reservation. The guy at the desk was very abrupt and at 2330 when I arrived he was quite rude regarding my "lack of a reservation". When I showed him my confirmation number, he then said "oh well, I need 36 hours for a reservation to show up". Restaurant and bar closed at 2300 and the guy at the desk said he didn't know if anything was open."

"The Sawridge needs some basic repairs, we had noticed the ceiling was in need of some repairs and basic housekeeping needs to be keep up. While the staff was more than accomodating, I was disappointed overall. We had recieved an excellent rate for the online booking."

"i went throw hell when i got there they told me that they didn't have my reservation ,then after an hour and a horiable experiece in there dinner area they told me i could have my room at 1. I got to my honeymoon suite and it was very dirty and it was suppose to have a 5 man juzzice tub and it turned out to be a bathtub with jetts VERY DISAPPOINTED"

"Several things: Reservation that was made with my visa card showed up in my husband's name as did both reservations we had made; obviously a woman doesn't count??? Secondly, the rate that we booked at was $119.00; their printout to us was $129. Thirdly, their hottub was not in working order which we wanted to enjoy. Fourthly, we asked for a tour of the rooms first which we are glad we did as they smelled musty; there was no bedspread on the bed; just a lumpy looking blanket. First impressions we were all turned right off and cancelled our booking and enjoyed a beautiful room for way less money, a working hottub, wonderful restaurant and great service at the Radisson. We will not be recommending the Sawridge to any of our friends and family. I'm sure these kinds of comments you don't want to hear but we were truly disappointed."
