"The Breakfast was excellent and staff quite friendly"
"All the hotel staff we encountered was pleasant and accomodating. The Room was nice - Thought we where supposed to have parking, internet and a jacuzzi tub in the room. We did not. I did complain about the parking and the hotel compt that. Location fine in heart or Downtown Edmonton. I liked the free breakfast but did not like that I had to put up with a party on the 8th floor that took two hours and two calls to the front desk to take care of. Also broke my town on the caise lounger hoping out of bed in the middle of the night to see what the heck was going on!!"

"The staff were very friendly but there did seem to be a staff shortage--noone to assit the starwood preferred line. We were in room 1120: there was a boisterous party in 1106 across the hall. After 3 attempts by security to alleviate the noise they finally moved us to another room at 1;00 am. Needless to say, I did not get a restful sleep, and needed to attend a meeting early next morning. I am not a happy camper. Len Klug"

"room was cold, swimming pool wasn' that great, they bill too much
and very stingy w/coffee etc. The rate I would say is way toomuch and
I would highly recommend the fantasyland because in the rate that they bill you it includes the swimming and close to the attractions in the mall.Thanks."
