The rooms were frequently described as clean and spacious, with a few reviewers calling their rooms "spotless". Several guests also found their rooms to be well-appointed, with one reviewer describing his room as "luxurious". Many guests also specifically mentioned that their beds were comfortable. A couple of reviewers noted that they had a pleasant view of the city from their guest rooms.

The staff at this hotel were frequently complimented for their welcoming and helpful service. One guest described the front desk agents as "incredible", while another reviewer stated that the staff at this property were "second to none". Guests also described: friendly interactions with the valet staff, receiving welcome gifts for their children at check-in, being awarded upgrades at check-in, and having their special requests accommodated. One reviewer found the mattress in his room uncomfortable and upon advising the front desk staff of his concern, his mattress was replaced. 

Many reviewers found the location of this hotel convenient for accessing downtown destinations, such as shopping and dining venues, on foot.

While most guests seemed to describe an overall positive experience at this property (among the reviews used in this analysis) there were many reviewers who expressed concerns about paying extra charges for services.

Many guests thought that wireless Internet access should have been included in the standard room rate. Guests who made this comment found the Internet fees ($12.95 per 24 hours, in standard rooms) expensive and a few reviewers described the wireless signal as unreliable. Many reviewers also found the parking rates expensive and several guests complained that the parking facility was cramped. A few guests were disappointed by a the lack of available street parking.

The in-room movie service and the on-site restaurant menu were both described as expensive by some guests.

Other isolated complaints included the lack of an on-site hot tub, the small size of the indoor pool, and slow elevators. Street noise and music from a nearby night club created a disturbance for some guests.
