"I have stayed there 3 times now since 2001. I liked the place, but my room was not clean this time. I found someone elses flight itinerary and kleenex behind the t.v, and when I moved the night stand to plug the bed light in, I found the floor behind it filthy with old toe nails and huge dust bunny's. A cabinet hinge was off the door at the kitchenette sink. I will look elsewhere the next time I have to be in Edmonton. The room just wasn't clean."

"I appreciated being able to book on line.........when I arrived in Edmonton I only had to find the hotel..check in was easy.....I had a great stay.....the gal at the desk was very friendly and assisted in helping make our stay pleasant...able to access the malls easily for shopping and the trip to the airport was a breeze....
