A few guests also specifically mentioned that their guest room bathrooms were clean. A couple of reviews said that their rooms appeared to be recently renovated. Many guests also described their beds as comfortable.

Several reviewers thought that the location of this hotel, within the Rosslyn Shopping Centre complex, was convenient because it provided access to many amenities. Guests found a coffee shop, grocery store, liquor store, and retail shopping, all within walking distance of the property. A few reviewers, who stayed at this hotel to attend hockey tournaments, found the property convenient for accessing local hockey arenas. 

Many reviewers mentioned that they were impressed by the quality of the items they received with the complimentary turn-down service (bottled water, chocolates, and granola bars). Several guests indicated that they would recommend this hotel to others or that they were likely to stay at this property again in the future.

Several guests were disappointed by their interactions with the front desk agents. A couple of reviewers described the staff as rude, while a couple of other guests described the agents as disinterested. One reviewer described being frustrated when a front desk agent ignored his request to call a cab for him.

A few reviewers described instances when they were unable to get hot water in their shower and a few guests requested to change rooms after discovering unpleasant odours in their assigned guest rooms. A couple of reviewers also described the carpeting in their rooms as stained and in need of replacing.
