"I did not find the front desk manager to be overly friendly. She seemed rather miserable, actually. When I called down to ask if housekeeping had Advil her response was a curt "no." She did not offer me any directions as to where I might find advil or anything. Customer service seemed to be lacking a bit."

"We had booked for 3 nights and only stayed 2.... we were awaken by a barking dog in the parking lot Sunday morning..... apparently they do not take dogs inside the building so someone left their dog in a vehicle in the parking lot and it was a noisy little character... when the air conditioner was on it was not noticed but in the morning when we turned that off the dog was annoyingly audible....."
