"When checking in (late on Saturday night), we were in the gated lin-up waiting when a cowboy came from the side was helped first. The man at the registration desk clearly saw us waiting first and I felt that he should have insisted we were helped first. Also the man at the desk was no real friendly.
We were told at check-in that check-out time was 12:00noon. In the morning the cleaning staff was knocking at our door by 10:00. When we answered the door, they said "Just wanted to make sure you were still here". Luckily we were almost ready to leave, but if we would have been sleeping, that sure would not have been appreciated. I felt it was totally unprofessional and unnessary."

"I found the restaurant (not the Grill) was very expensive for the quality of food served. I don't mind paying higher dollars as long as the price justifies the quality of food. Breakfast the next day was also extremely of poor quality. The eggs were under cooked, bacon was soggy, not a juice glass to be found at the juice counter,fruit appeared dried and overly ripe, ketchup in an oversized container,(very un-hygenic), bagels were cheap and very doughy.
I also went to the little store near the front counter to purchase a chocolate bar later in the evening, in which, the lady behind the counter was so busy visiting with here friend, and deep into conversation, that she did'nt have time to say "hello", "may I help you", not to mention she not once even looked my way to acknowledge my presence, just took my money and continued with her conversation with her friend as if I was'nt even there.My husband noticed and said he never seen anyone so rude working with the public before.
I must say that the two ladies that served me at the check-in/check-out counter were very pleasant, and courteous at all times.
The only reason I would not recommend this hotel to anyone is due to the poor food. I wish the Grill would have been open for me to try, perhaps it was a better choice of restaurant to eat at."

"Rooms need to be a little wider and the breakfast buffet was good but one exception the runny eggs got to go. So many people complained about the runny eggs, other than that everything else was good."

Rooms need to be a little bigger(wider).
Rooms need to have some snacks in the rooms (for example candy,cookies,popcorn and crackers."
