"Great hotel but avoid rooms near the elevator."
"Great location; excellent, very helpful staff. Breakfast well organised and very good set of choices. Pleasant, comfortable room with good desk and easy wifi; but it was very noisy (near the elevator, lots of loud comings & goings),a negative for me. Hotel pillows not very good; too much to ask? Some hotels in the price range have great pillows. Housekeeping was great."

"Generally happy"
"Good experience. excellent continental breakfast. had not expected a parking fee though. Was a bit worried about the open parking for potential vehicle vandalizm or break in but it didnt happen. Thank You if you have security out there."

"We had a very good time. The children loved having a pool (one reason why we chose this location), and we swam everyday while there. It was great to have the continental breakfast, and were very pleased with the variety of options available.
Thanks - we will stay again, if the opportunity arises."

"I didn't know that I had to pay for parking. $5 Desk clerk was upset that I gave my Airmiles number at check out and not at check in. He did not ask me for it."

"The breakfast was alittle early for some peoples' liking, and should have carried on for an hour or 2 longer if possible, but other than that both my wife and I enjoyed our stay in your hotel.

"The customer service was excellent - they even went as far as lending us an umbrella the day it rained. On one occassion however, I had them call us a cab, but that never happened. We had to call another cab when we got to the lobby, making us a bit late for our engagement. Additonally, although we had a nice view, at night the people on the street were very loud making it difficult to get much sleep until after 3 am! Overall, our stay was lovely. The hotel is located in a great location with direct shuttle service to the airport. We were able to walk everywhere and the pool and fitness room were a bonus!"

"only that their heat is either on or off and we were too hot. The air conditioning is on or off in the summer On sept 23 we could not access the cool air as the hotel had switched toheat on or heat off."

"PUT Shock asorbers or some different closing system ...every time a door closes sounds like a canon going off....and no one told us it was junior hockey weekend when we checked in...the kids ran wild slammed doors ...rode elevators ...and it all started over again right first thing in the morning...where was security?,,,, where was our right to a peaceful stay???....thumbs down very disapointed,,,,"
