The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few complaints about noise transfer and the lack of free breakfast.

A few lodgers complained of noise disturbances during their stay. They reported train noise, noise from guests in adjacent rooms, housekeeping noise in the hallways in the early mornings and noise transfer from the piped-in music also in the hallways.

The hotel's lack of free breakfast was a disappointment for a few guests, who were mainly business travellers. They felt a free breakfast should have been included in the room rates.
