The Bad
There were a large number of complaints regarding this hotel online, in the reviews sourced.

Some lodgers complained about the hotel's elevators and hallways. They described them as dirty, with stained carpets and unprofessional floor buttons.

Noise disturbances were mentioned by a few guests. Reports were about noisy air conditioning, as well as noise from children running in the hallways and other guests. One guest encountered drunk guests fighting in the hallway in the wee hours of the morning.

Reviews were somewhat mixed regarding the staff. A few guests reported bad experiences with the front desk staff who were rude and dismissive and some guests found the staff friendly. Many found the staff to be highly inefficient and unknowledgable.

A few guests reported non-working A/C units. There many isolated comments which included a room with stained and peeling wallpaper, a room with taps that didn't close well and a few rooms with areas that were not properly cleaned. One guest complained about strong smelling cleaners used in the elevator, and another said her bedsheets were rough and smelled too heavily of bleach.

There were many customer service issues. A few guests were given rooms with two double beds when they had booked rooms with queen beds. There seemed to be inefficient and incomplete communication between the staff and guests regarding what rooms and services were available and the appropriate room type for their size of group as some guests complained about these type of issues.
