"my truck was stolen out of the parking lot, so I would like to see some security. They could place a fence. They had no fans in the bathroom. They precharged us for the hotel 4 weeks prior to us staying there. I think that is a little shady. Since the GST was dropped to 6% July 1 I believed they charged us 7% since they charged for the rooms in June. Theif possible unsure. I think I will see what visa has to say."

"Room service brought only 1 set of utensils, when we asked if we could get another fork as we were both having salads, he said that he would be right back and we never saw him again. Restaurant staff were very rude and abrupt. My husband had to have surgery at the Royal Alex at 6:00 a.m. and I had informed that hotel of this and asked that the room be cleaned before we returned at noon, at 12:30 when we returned to our room, the cleaning staff had not been there, shortly after there was a knock and we were asked if we wanted the room cleaned. Due to the situation the maid only left clean towels and a packet of coffee. I wasn't really impressed with the condition of the rooms. Definately need new furniture."

"The carpets were stained. the toilet moved while sitting down on it, maids entered the rooms while you were still in bed. The municipal airport is next door with tower light flashing in your room with your curtain closed. TV was very fuzzy.Have stayed there while it was Edmonton Inn before taken over by Ramada, now would not recommend staying ther to anyone !"

"Julies restaurant had excellent food. Waiters and watresses were friendly and always smiling. They catered well to family dining, not just the busines class or couples visiting. The rooms were clean and well supplied withn towels. Beds were comfortable."
