"Great experience at Econo lodge in Edmonton"
"It was clean and friendly services. The breakfast was very good and food was always replaced as it runs out. It is more of a motel style design but a hotel standard of rooms and beds. I loved it and so were the kids and wife. Great for the price. The biggest seller is its location for a family. Close to everything."

"The only thing I can say is that it would be nice if there was an elevator, as I had a lady with me who walks with a cane and finds stairs hard to manueuver."

"The room was exactly as pictured on their web site. The front desk was very friendly and polite. We did not hear any noise from other guests despite a No Vacancy posting. There's a large shopping center directly across the street and the West Edmonton Mall was only a 10 minute drive away. Is a pet-friendly hotel. At $75/night, was a great deal."

"If you did not want to drive it was a pain (2 buses) to get to downtown. The resteraunt attached to the hotel was closed so eating and drinking close to the hotel was not a good option"

"We used the laptop in the truck to access the internet, we made reservations on line. What was interesting was the parking lot when we arrived was mostly empty, and the general office lights were turned off and the SIGN in the window was NO VACANCY. After a few minutes of standing and ringing the door bell an unkept man strolled to the door. We were pleased to find out that our online requests were done, so I will give the hotel and the night person the benifit of the doubt. But I must say it was interesting. Would we stay at this place again, well... you get what you pay for and we did not pay much. When the lights were turned out it was great."
