Many guests considered the staff at this hotel to be rude or unwelcoming. In fact, guests were often quite adamant about their poor experiences and the hotel staff were depicted as unaccommodating and unfriendly. One guest, for example, said that "the staff were nothing but rude," while another said they had "absolutely no people skills."
Cleanliness appeared to be a big problem at the hotel as numerous guests complained that the property was dirty. One guest said that he slept in his clothes while another guest said he wanted to do just that, apparently as a form of protection against the dirty sheets and blankets.
Some guests described the hotel as noisy and they blamed nearby traffic, both cars and trains. Another guest mentioned partiers at the hotel.
In regard to the clientele, some guests offered their opinions. One guest said the people who stayed at the property seemed like "gangsters," another guest said there were "sketchy people hanging around outside."
