The Bad
Several guests were disturbed in their rooms by noise. Reviewers described disruptive sounds from neighbouring rooms and the parking lot. One guest said that he was awakened at "3am in the morning by shouting receptionist who was fighting with one of the guests [sic]".

Several reviewers thought that the neighbourhood immediately surrounding the hotel appeared unsafe, while a few guests had security concerns about the property itself. A couple of guests said that long-term residents of the hotel appeared to be engaged in suspicious activity and a couple of other reviewers noted that the police were called to the hotel during their stay. A few guests found the hotel in need of upgrades. Reviewers described torn sheets, burns in the furniture, dated decor, inadequate hot water supply, dirty carpets, unpleasant odours, and televisions that were not in working order. One guest stated that the "bathroom floor was too dirty to take your shoes off".
