The Bad
While most guests described positive experiences, among the reviews used for this analysis, there were a few common concerns.
Several guests were unhappy that the design of the hotel resulted in guest room windows that faced the interior of the Edmonton City Centre complex. Some guests who stayed in rooms with the interior windows complained about a lack of natural light. One reviewer noted that these windows were not one-way and that the guest rooms could be viewed from the mall if the curtains were open.
The in-room dining was another source of guest concerns. A few guests found the service slow and a few other reviewers found the menu expensive. A couple of guests mentioned that the room service menu lacked selection.
