Many guests complimented the front desk agents for their friendly and accommodating service. One guest said that the staff provided "everything a frequent traveller is looking for in a guest service agent", while another reviewer simply described the service as "awesome". A few guests mentioned that the staff were quick to respond to concerns, while several reviewers, who stay at this property frequently, mentioned that the front desk agents remembered them by name.
Many reviewers described their rooms as clean and spacious, with one guest describing his room as "spotless".
The food quality at the free breakfast was also complimented by a few reviewers. A couple of guests also mentioned that the breakfast area was clean, well-stocked, and replenished often.
