"We will invent reasons to go stay again. Great place."
"We had to attend a conference in Edmonton and found this hotel through the internet and with the very affordable prices we went to stay. We have travelled alot which gives us an advantage in comparing hotel services.
To stretch out on a comfortable bed after a long day of sitting in meetings is blissful for anyone but when you are 6'6" as my husband is makes it rare. We had a great rest. The traffic wasn't a problem at all. Scenic downtown Edmonton made for delightful scenery out the window and the decor of the room, inside, matched all that nature had provided outside.
Our critics would be one meal, be it breakfast or dinner that would accommodate the average person's pocketbook. A great affordable breakfast buffet would be a great addition as the one we experienced was memorable for reasons other than favorable.
The view from the windows would have been fabulous if the windows were clean on the outside.
Our evening meal in the Laronde was a great experience. Food quality and presentation were excellent but the best part of it all was Christina our server. A total gem, informative, pleasant, prompt attentive. The best service we have had in a long time.
Great place, will invent reasons to go back again."

"Thank you for this chance to voice my opinion. I love staying at the crowne plaza! However, I was not impressed when I went to leave the parkade area. The lady at the front advised me that I could leave my car there until 6:00. I was in a meeting all day. I could have left and removed my car and parked elsewhere free. Upon leaving the parkade the lady asked me for another $5.00 because my ticket expired at 2:30. The lady at the counter did not advise me to check my ticket. She was very confident that my car was ok until 6:oo. I was not impressed as I was not prepared with cash to pay that extra!!"

"Crowne Plaza Chateau Lacombe is certainly the place to be to relax, unwind and to complete work assignments - it's at a peaceful setting and location.
I loved having to arrange a wake-up call with the phone directly. Ordered food in, it was prompt and courteous.
