"Movies have not been available since March 2011 stay and still not available in August 2011 yet staff say this is a temporary problem."

"Disappointent"
"The check in was pathetic. Had confirmation sheet and it took quite awhile for them to figure it out. They also took a $50 deposit for soom reason but when it came to check out I never received it back. The smoke detector was hanging down from the ceiling. Supposedly there was room service from the resturaunt however when I ordered dinner and breakfast I had to pick it up myself. also some items on the menu weren't even available on the menu. I also didn't receive a receipt for the stay at checkout."
