The GoodThe staff were frequently complimented for their friendly and accommodating service. One guest said that the front desk agents "exceeded expectations", while a few reviewers mentioned that the staff was quick to respond to concerns or attend to special requests. One guest said that he was impressed when a front desk agent provided him with an umbrella on a rainy day.
The free continental breakfast was also commonly praised among the reviews used for this analysis. One guest described the breakfast as "better than average", while several reviewers were impressed with the selection of hot items, which included eggs, sausages, and waffles.

The Bad

Guests described dated decor, chipped and worn furnishings, and older televisions. Some reviewers also encountered problems with a lack of hot water and bathroom fixtures that were in need of replacing.
Many guests also had difficulty maintaining a consistent and comfortable in-room temperature. Several reviews found the in-room thermostat locked into place and were unable to adjust it. Other guests said that they resorted to opening windows and requesting table fans (from the front desk) to achieve a more comfortable temperature in their room.
A few reviewers described their rooms as small or cramped. Other isolated complaints included: expensive pet fees, hot tub jets not in working order, and prematurely deactivated keys.
