"The friendly greating and willingness to help when I arrived. I neede to be at a meeting in 45 minutes after arriving and the person at the desk was very accomidating."

"The hotel was great, but the customer service was slow at times. They could've used more people on staff at night to ease this problem. The spa there is excellent and I would recommend it. The hot tub was great too!"

"This is the first time that we have stayed at the Coast and we will be back, we travel to Edmonoton quite a bit and it is nice to stay in a hotel that does not completly shut down at 10pm."
