"Excellent front desk staff. Upgraded to two bedroom suite due to repeat customer. Clean and very well kept. If you desire at downtown hotel this is the one for you. Food at local restaurant great for lunch and dinner, but just okay for breakfast."

"A fine hotel but smokers beware"
"The suite was well appointed, comfortable and well equipped, although some may like a larger fridge in the kitchenette. If you forgot to bring something, the on-premises store probably has it. If not, there is hotel shuttle to drive you where ever to find it. The restaurant has a reasonably priced menu with good variety of fare that is well prepared. No need to go elsewhere. Room service prices are the same. Staff are friendly and helpful. When there was a discrepancy between the reservation price I got on this site, and their final bill, they honored my reservation price cheerfully. I have one complaint. I reserved a smoking room. On my arrival they claimed there were none left. My reservation was made 6 months in advance. There is no excuse for this. I 'reserved' a smoking room. By definition, reservation means what I reserved will be there when I arrive!"

"Despite relatively modest pricing (at least by today's standards) the CEH does offer the little extra details (e.g. daily newspaper, terry cloth robes) that make a difference. It's not elegant, and some of the furniture and fittings are rather tired, but it is value for money, and I would unhesitatingly stay there again. It is on the 'University loop' of the airport shuttle."

"If you want a good steak dinner to cook in the Hotel suite,go to the Farmers Market a few blocks away near 103 St on Saturday to select your steak from the many vendors gathered there.If you need to buy more food to complete your meal,go to 109 st. where a large food retailer is located,also has filters for the Coffee maker.Other than 109 st. I couldn't locate a convenience or food retailer close by.Shoppers Drugs in the mall has a very limited selection."

"My third time at this hotel, and have no complaints. Suite is spacious and the balcony is a plus. The location is great for accessing downtown and the river valley by foot. If you stay on an upper floor, you will have views unequaled in the city. I was only on the 9th floor this visit, but still had a good view. Complimentary covered parking is another great feature. Also liked the hotel's restaurant, Rutherfords--ate breakfast there three times and had room service twice for dinner. Edmonton House truly is my home away from home when I'm in town."

"It is in a relatively convenient location, expect for the commute to the airport. However the view of the North Saskatchewan river was wonderful. I would highly recommend Edmonton House Suite Hotel to any of my friends."

"I was very impressed with the suite that I had. My only observation was that most of the electrical outlets in the room did not seem to be working so I had to move some furniture around in order to get some work done on my computer. Other than that I had a great stay and wish to congratulate you on the quality of your hotel as well as the value given to the customer."
