The Campus Tower Suite Hotel is located about a 4-minute walk from the University of Alberta campus and hospital, and the University Station light rail stop. It's in walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, and nearby parks.

This hotel is smoke free and pet free and offers 90 air-conditioned suites. Common room amenities include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, free bottled water, a flat screen TV with pay-per-view movies, a kitchenette (stove top, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker) or a mini-kitchen (mini-fridge, microwave, sink with counter, coffeemaker), a dining area, a desk with ergonomic chair, iPod docks, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, windows that open and free newspapers. All guest rooms are furnished with a sofabed, plus 1 or 4 queen beds. The hotel offers studio suites and 1 or 2 bedroom suites.

Many guests enjoyed their stays and appreciated several aspects of the hotel.

Guests found the location excellent for accessing the hospital or university nearby. It was also convenient to light rail and bus, restaurants, cafes, groceries, Whyte Avenue and Rexall Place, according to guests.

The suites were frequently described as clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Several guests also said that the kitchenettes were an added convenience.
