"Good with the exception of lack of heat in the room"

"Upon arrival the room was perfect in all ways with the exception of no heat. The front desk acted immediately when I advised them of the problem. the solution was a noisy electric heater that we used our entire stay (2 nights). They said it was not being fixed because there was no one on maintenance during the weekend."

"Not enough parking. Should have hauled out snow or piled it on the property line and not putting it in the parking stalls."

"The staff were extremely accomodating; this in my case meant the front desk staff (during 3 different shifts, so it wasn't just getting one nice person), the restaurant staff, and the banquets staff. All very friendly and helpful in a variety of ways. My only wish is that the hotel had family rooms so I could bring my whole family next time."
