"Not enough parking. Should have hauled out snow or piled it on the property line and not putting it in the parking stalls."

"The staff were extremely accomodating; this in my case meant the front desk staff (during 3 different shifts, so it wasn't just getting one nice person), the restaurant staff, and the banquets staff. All very friendly and helpful in a variety of ways. My only wish is that the hotel had family rooms so I could bring my whole family next time."
