The Bad
Many guests expressed concerns with the run-down and neglected appearance of this hotel. Reviewers frequently suggested that the property should invest in renovations to improve the guest experience. Guests described the following issues with their rooms: broken televisions, dated furniture, stained and worn carpeting, unpleasant odours, thin bed linens, lack of soundproofing, and burnt-out light bulbs.
Some reviewers also thought that the guest room bathrooms could use upgrades. A few reviewers experienced problems with clogged drains, inadequate water pressure, and slow running toilets.
Several guests were disappointed by their interactions with the hotel staff. A few reviewers found the check-in and check-out process inefficient, while a couple of other guests described the front desk agents as unfriendly.
