The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with praise going to the hotel's rooms, staff and location.
Many reviewers praised their rooms at this hotel. They were described as up-to-date, well-equipped and spacious, with comfortable beds. It should be mentioned however, that while several guests found their rooms to be clean, some other reviewers complained of dirty carpets and hair in the bathrooms.
Several lodgers were pleased with the customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as friendly, professional, accommodating and always available.
The hotel's location was considered convenient by many guests. They described it as being close to many shops and restaurants, gas stations, and a Walmart.
The Bad
While many of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple common complaints among them, which included noise transfer and breakfast.
Some reviewers reported noise disruptions during their stay. These complaints included being able to hear talking, snoring, and TV noise from adjacent rooms and rooms overhead, as well as children running in hallways.
Although some reviewers enjoyed the variety of the Ramada's included breakfast, other guests were discouraged that the items were not refilled, and the selection became very limited after the first morning rush.
