"If you are desperate then its worth wasting your money on"
"Small rooms, hot with no a/c, too many additional charges, not what I expected for the 180 dollars we spent on one night, and there was no lounge. The hot breakfast was okay but honestly, its not hard to scramble fresh eggs so not sure why its not being done""

"They would not allow early check-in. They said the room wasn't ready.
When we did get into our room, it was stifling hot--did not seem like it had been used recently. The room is very small barely enough room to walk around the bed. No air conditioning in room-but the hallways have air. Even with the window wide open and the floor fan provided, as well as the ceiling fan, we still had difficulty sleeping because of the heat--felt like a sauna. There was a charge for internet use-the first that we had in our two weeks of hotel stays, all at different locations in B.C. and U.S.A. Charge for parking, also. My husband wanted to have a drink in the lounge, but because the UFC was on they would not allow him in, unless he paid a $20.00 cover charge. The bathtub was very slippery and curved inward--I slipped backward out of tub and hit my lower back and head on the ceramic tiles. It is now four days later and I am still recovering. I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk when checking out (asked to talk to manager, but she was not in on Sunday--would be there on Monday), and she just said "sorry about that". I also suggested that maybe an hour prior to check in, that they could open the window and turn the fans on to make the room a little more comfortable and she basically shrugged it off, saying that it doesn't usually get hot there. As I mentioned before, we were on a two week holiday traveling to Vancouver Island and down into the States and then back through Canmore. We stayed at Holiday Inns, Best Western, Hyatt(Bellevue), Thornewood Castle(south of Seattle) and had been looking forward to a very nice stay for our last night---We were very disappointed as this was one of the higher priced accommodations that we booked and was very uncomfortable (not to mention my injury)."
