The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's location, rooms and staff.

The hotel's location was praised by many patrons, who described it as peaceful, and close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, highway access and skiing. One guest noted, "Outstanding view and great location - within walking distance to town but far enough away to be quiet".

Many reviewers were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, luxurious, well equipped and quiet, with stunning mountain views and comfortable beds. A few lodgers had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).

Several guests complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as accommodating, efficient and friendly. One traveller remarked, "Check-in was as easy as ever, no waiting. In fact, we received a phone call the evening prior to our reservation to tell us that everything was in order for our stay and whether we had any questions. WOW, how refreshing to find a staff that really took interest". The hotel's lack of 24-hour desk service was a problem for a few lodgers, however (see below).

The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few complaints about the rooms and lack of 24-hour desk service.

Although the majority of reviewers praised their well-equipped and luxurious rooms, a few lodgers had complaints. They reported damaged, dirty or missing kitchen utensils, as well as some cleaning issues.

A few guests complained about the hotel's lack of 24-hour desk service. They reported waiting for staff to arrive for check-in, and not being able to contact the staff after hours. One patron remarked, "When we arrived at 6pm, the office to check in was closed, even though the sign on door said it was open until 10pm. It took a good 45 min to get ahold of someone and another 30 min before they came down to check us in....which then led to another problem. This is not really a hotel so they don't have a lobby with staff available round the clock".
