The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the hotel's service, the rooms and the parking.

Some lodgers were disappointed that check-in and check-out were at a different location (guests reported it being about two blocks away). These reviewers had difficulty finding the location, and found it inconvenient. It was also mentioned there was a lack of front-desk service available and a slow response time for requests made.

Although the majority of guests enjoyed their clean and well-equipped rooms, a few lodgers had complaints. They reported small bathrooms and bedrooms, weak and slow Wi-Fi and some worn decor.

The hotel's parking was criticized by a few reviewers. They reported that although there is assigned parking for each unit, most guests parked wherever they found an empty spot. The parking spots were also described as tight by some patrons.
