Overview
Located a 3-minute drive from the nearest Trans-Canada Highway on-ramp in downtown Canmore, Canmore Crossing is geared towards road travellers who require condo-style lodgings with full kitchens and easy highway access near the town's centre.

Each of this smoke-free hotel's two- or three-bedroom condos offers free wired Internet, cable TV, a DVD/CD player, a fireplace, a full kitchen (with cooking utensils and a dishwasher), a washer and dryer, a dining area and a hair dryer. Rooms with a balcony and BBQ and a living room with a sofabed are also available. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible. 

The hotel also offers two roof-top hot tubs, a fitness centre and free parking. Pets are permitted for an additional $20 per pet, per night. 

Canmore Museum & Geoscience Centre is roughly a 10-minute walk from the hotel, while Banff Upper Hot Springs can be found about 30 minutes away by car. The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's location and rooms.

Many guests enjoyed the hotel's location, and found it close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, skiing, Banff and a liquor store. One lodger remarked, "The location of these condos is great. Walking distance to many restaurants and pubs and conveniently located beside a Safeway and Starbucks".

The hotel's accommodations were praised by several reviewers. They described their units as spacious, clean, well equipped, quiet and modern, with comfortable beds and fantastic mountain views. Some patrons were disappointed with their lodgings, however (see below).
