Noise disturbances were a problem for several lodgers at this hotel. They described noise from neighbours overhead, noise from trains (in rooms facing the railway tracks), and noisy fridges and furnaces.

Some reviewers were disappointed with the hot tub. They complained that the hot tub closed too early at 9:30 pm, that there was sometimes a wait to get in (there is a 6-person maximum), and that the water was lukewarm on occasion.
