"I felt the hotel room we were allocated 207 was very noisy - it was a hot night and we could not leave the window open because of the noise from the freeway. on consideration I would not recommend this place if you want quiet. great for access to main roads. the front of the hotel was also on a fairly busy road so they could not have given us a quiet room. free internet connection was a bonus."

"This was an excellent hotel. I was very pleased with the room, staff, view, cleanliness and the extras. We especially enjoyed the nice swimming pool with the water slide. On a one week vacation in Alberta and Montana, we stayed at a different hotel each night and this was the one hotel that we were most pleased with. My only problem with this hotel was that there wasn't a bathroom fan. I don't know if this was only a problem with the fan not working for our particular room or if there were no fans in any of the bathrooms."

"The hotel was very warm. The room was hot and poorly ventilated. Even when the temps outside were cool, we had to run a noisy and overly strong air conditioner to get the room comportable. This AC was loud and kept us up at night. The door keycard did not work on two separate occasions. There is one elevator and it is slow. Several neighbors copmplained to us on an unaided basis that they had the exact same problems!"

"We were disappointed that the "in room movies" were no longer in effect, but are still advertised on the web site. The staff at the desk were very polite and had a great sense of humor. We found the walls to be a little thin when it came to our neighbors and their noisy group of children, but that is not the hotel's fault...overall it was a wonderful getaway in Canmore. Thank you very much."

"The Hotel was very neat and clean and we always got a smile from the hotel staff! The continental Breakfast was very well done. Excellent choices and perfect times.(arly enough and stayed open late enough) The hotel was quiet and "very" comfortable. The rooms were extrememly comfortable equiped with well sized frige and microwave!! It was very nice to bring snacks and be able to fix them in the rooms verses eating every meal out!! The pool was nice. We enjoyed a few swims in it and the hot tub. We would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family, in fact we already have!! We also plan to come back soon!! The only negative thing about the hotel was that there is limited parking and the spaces are small. There is room along the road but not as convenient as being in the parking lot. That was our only negative but it certainly did not affect our stay as the hotel itself is wonderful..thanks agian for the great weekend!!"
