"The only things I didn't care for were the lack of free WiFi and paying $19 for parking per night."

"Excellent stay - perfect location."
"The staff were always very helpful, and even bumped me into a "preferred" guest room on one of the top floors. It was a very nice touch to have a view of the city."

"Great pricing & accomodations but....(mixed emotions)"
"After arriving at the Westin (a 3 hour drive) I found that I had accidentally booked the next night, and I'd have to pay substantially more (just over double) for the first night. This shows that the pricing on this site is incredible. However, when I called the customer support for the website about the booking accident, I was told that there was nothing they would do for me and that was it. Some support!
After I spoke with the hotel's front desk, the first night was just slightly more than the discounted rate. They were very accommodating.
End Verdict: Great pricing through the site, poor telephone customer service. Great save by the awesome front desk staff! Honeymoon crisis averted!"

"Found by FAR the best rate on this site, $139 for a Queen nonsmoking room with $45 breakfast voucher included, which made this an incredible value. Other sites' lowest rates of $219 would've been OK because the hotel was nice. My room had a view, not huge but comfy, furnished in soothing neutrals, w/ daily paper. The bed was firm (not my taste) but had plenty of fluffy duvets to compensate. Tan marble bathroom was clean with yummy toiletries but no place to hang any handwashing. The Green conservation standard means no unnecessary linen changes unless requested, yay! Minor detraction: loud hallway conversations may be audible through door. Nice: windows open! Buffet offered instant breakfast gratification, decent fare & good selection, friendly funny waitstaff. Wifi available only in lobby at extra daily charge, but staff offered use of business center if it wasn't busy at no charge. Co-travellers paid $429 standard rate for an executive suite (very large rectangular room w/ 2 doubles and a seating area) and found it pleasant and comfortable for three people, sofa does not fold out, but comfy cots were no extra charge. Front desk put up with us leaving & picking up things for each other constantly, with a smile. Atmospheric steakhouse next door. Pleasant 6 block walk to free C train within downtown, within about 10 blocks of all other major hotels and their trendy restaurants."
