"I recommend this hotel to whom is arriving late at the airport.
Price looks expensive to whom is not aware of taxes not included, service not included and cost of living highly increasing."

"We were only in the hotel for 2 minutes. I gave the clerk our reservation info and asked for a courtesy ride to the airport, This was at 3pm. His reply was "not today" so I cancled our stay."

"I was not allowed to book into this hotel as I had a pet cat with me. Despite me telling you I had one with me when I booked. I ended up having to book 2 rooms at the Travelodge at much extra expense. It remains to be seen if my visa card gets charged for my late cancellation, which was not my fault. I also note THAT YOU have charged some monies to my visa card!!!!! After a long flight from Heathrow this was the last thing we all needed. In my opinion the man on the check-in desk was very rude and unhelpful and should not be working directly with customers."

"When I spoke to the night clerk, he totally dismissed my complaints.
The complaints were, two light bulbs were burnt out, the door to the bathroom was coming off it's hinges and the furnace filter was disgusting. The clerk said nothing could be done about it untill the next morning. When checking out the next day, I spoke to another clerk and told him the same thing, only to find out the night clerk had not told anyone."

"The cleaning staff was incredible - they did a great job of cleaning the room, and unlike other hotels, did not touch our personal belongings at all (there are ways of knowing!). The hotel check-in staff, though, left much to be desired. They were dismissive and outright rude at times. The "continental breakfast" the hotel advertises is actually coffee, orange juice, frozen jams/peanut butter, and bread...to make toast in a toaster that was barely functional.
We stayed at a Super 8 in Winnipeg that was amazing, which is why I chose the hotel again for this Calgary trip. The two don't even compare - the Winnipeg hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The Calgary staff (minus the cleaning crew) did not appear to care whether we were there or not. I will not be staying there again. The only highlight was that I saved so much money booking through your site."

"I have stayed at Super 8 hotels that were equally as clean or cleaner, convenient, etc. but I recall paying in the neighbourhood of $90. This room was way overpriced at $168. I don't care if it was Stampede week or not, no hotel room costs that much unless you have many more amenities than were at Super 8. Also, the hair dryer didn't work. I set it aside, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was just put back up, for the next set of folks to deal with. Then again, maybe it was fixed promptly. But I don't really care; all I know is, I wanted it Tues. morning and it wasn't working for me."
