"Treated like royalty"

"From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, all the amenities we needed. Our flight required us to leave before 6am and they had coffee, fruit and granola bars for us as the breakfast room was not yet open. Great experience!"
