Guests received good service from staff at this hotel and frequently said that they were friendly and efficient. Staff were accommodating when in it came to check-in and check-out times. A few guests said that staff were particularly helpful when it came to offering advice on attractions and giving directions.
Rooms were big, clean and comfortable, according to a number of guests. Guests also said that common areas (lobby and pool area) were clean as well. There were comments from guests who felt that the hotel was well maintained.

The Bad
While most of the reviews used for this analysis were favourable, there were some common complaints about the pool and noise disturbance.
There were a number of comments from guests who found that the pool was too small and that the water was uncomfortably cold. A few guests felt that the changing facilities at the pool were small and awkward to move around in. One guest complained about the lack of storage/hooks in the changing facilities.
A few guests were disturbed from noise from other guests, mostly coming from the hallways and from adjacent rooms. Some guests were bothered by noisy air conditioning units.
