"We booked a long time before this stay and a week before staying we stated again (for the second time) that we wanted a smoking room. We were assured that it was no problem as we gave very good notice. Hence to say, when we showed up at 12:30 a.m.(a late flight), we were told that all they had was non smoking and that it was too bad. I DON'T like being put on the spot, just because it was late at night and I had no time to find another hotel. I'm NOT impressed!!!!"

"We had just come off a very lovely vacation in Banff and Jasper and had been driving all day. We were ready for an quiet evening meal and bedtime in prep for an early get-up to fly back to Austin. While Moxie's had good food, the atmosphere was definitely for the under 35 crowd-- too loud and jazzy for us. The first clue was the go-go boots, tight black minis and tight T's of the hostesses.
When we checked in there was not enough staff . One woman was fielding calls and trying to check us in at the same time. Needless to say the phone call took precidence"
