"The desk staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, the facility itself wasn't well taken care of, and for the price I paid I expected something a lot nicer. The security bar on my door was broken, the linens were full of holes, the carpet ratty, and the phone and faucett on the sink were also in really bad shape. The cleaning staff had forgotten to take the food out of the fridge from the previous room occupant, so it was moldy food when I got there as well. I've definitely stayed in worse, and like I said, and the staff is really nice, but I would have expected to pay maybe $40 dollars for this room, not almost $100."

"Well I found the room to be in disrepair. The radiator had no cover and was very dusty and dirty. The bathroom was very small. Had no pay movies. The beds were comfortable, and the people at the desk were very nice and hospitable. Roger Saskatoon"
