"I was charged too much for a middle of the road older hotel and was gouged on my long distance calls. A manager later reduced my phone bill after I protested.
I would doubt I would stay here again."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times during the past year. The staff work really hard at trying to make my stays pleasant and enjoyable. I particularly like the fitness centre and its opening-hours - these are well suited to the business traveller. My only quibble: I have yet to figure out how to set the nightime room temperature to my liking.
And.... having a bull-riding contest in the hotel parking lot during Stampede week.... priceless!!"
