Several guests mentioned that the hotel's close proximity to the airport was convenient and some also found that local attractions could be easily accessed by car. A number of guests were pleased with the free airport transportation and a few guests mentioned that the hotel paid for cab fair when the shuttle bus was not running.
Many guests praised the hotel staff and described them as "friendly" and "helpful." Several guests commented on the excellent customer service at front desk and mentioned that check in was quick and efficient.

Many guests felt as though their rooms were in need of renovations and there were some concerns pertaining to broken fixtures and leaky faucets. Water temperature was an issue for a number of guests who said that the water in their showers went from extreme hot to extreme cold. Some guests questioned the cleanliness of the accommodations when they discovered stained towels and unpleasant odours within their rooms.
Several guests said the hotel was too noisy and described the walls as "paper thin." Conversations from neighbouring rooms as well as noise from the hallways could be heard by a number of guests.
