The Bad
While most of the reviews used for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them about a lack of amenities in the rooms and the sense that the hotel was overpriced.

Price point was a problem for a number of guests, who felt that the hotel was overpriced. A few guests thought that the food in the on-site restaurant was expensive.

A few guests wished that there had been a fridge in their rooms, and several more found the lack of a coffeemaker inconvenient. The hotel does offer complimentary coffee service to the room, but it does not start until 7:00 am, which some guests thought was too late.

A few guests felt that their rooms were small and difficult to comfortably manoeuvre around in.

Some guests had problems with on-site parking, saying that spaces were limited. A few guests had to seek parking elsewhere.

There were some peripheral complaints about difficulties regulating temperature in the rooms and about the lighting being too dim.
