"The staff was friendly, but the lack of amenities was inconvenient. The pool was closed and so was the restaurant. There were no breakfast restaurants nearby, so mealtimes were frustrating. We couldn't even get wireless internet in our room. The only thing that this hotel had going for it was the great location next to the C-train."

"i stay at the Crowchild once a month due to quick location to business.
If there was somewhere else close for me I would switch, based on the state or repair needed..soon. My tub faucets ran or dripped all night, the garbage hadn't been emptied ( which means the floor hadn't been washed obviously!)
The administration front team of the hotel is generaly very friendly and recognize me. Particularily Toni, Christine, and the young dark haired gentlemen should be commended for thier friendlyness and professionalism, given the unkemptness of the hotel itself. I realize the place is supposed to be coming down in a year or so, however if they want to maintain clientel, cleaning the place from top to bottom cost little but says alot!! They really need to address this as busniess is business you want to keep it!!
The elavator is filthy and still has advertisements from Father's day in the advertising sections."

"I found the price a bit high for the quality of the hotel, the pool was under repair and the restaurant did not answer the phone in the morning when I was trying to order breakfeast, but otherwise clean and nice."
