"Horrible stay"
"Room was so smelly and tiny. Bed mattress was sagging and horrible, couldnt sleep whole night. My kid got sick because of the nasty smell.
I'll never ever recommend this hotel to anyone."

"this was the worst place to stay ever. Flea bag shack"
"it was terrible. After checking in I went back to see about getting washcloths and towels and was told by manager we have none. we never had any hot water at all for the 2 nights and nothing was done. we were not in the room all day Saturday and the linens never got changed. nothing was done. we went to make coffee and there was waste in the machine so it was not cleaned. terrible will report to Wyndham"

"Very very bad"
"It was one of the worst I have stayed at. The room and sheats were very dirty. It looked like the bedding was not fresh. Was very unhappy and will never stay at on HJ hotel ever. Would not recommend. I was afraid my pet would catch something from this place."

"Low-rise motel style near Chinook Mall. Not fashionable but very clean and modestly updated. Very quiet at this time of year (December) unlike the high-end high-rise hotel we stayed in the night before near the airport."

"We did not stay at this hotel. We had a look at the room and decided it was not a place we wanted to stay. The room just didn't seem fresh and clean. It was right on the busy street."

"The hotel was absolutely unsatisfactory - very dirty and room was very small, smelly and furniture banged up. I refused to stay there and asked for my money back."

"The rooms were nice and cosy. It felt a little more like a bedroom than just a hotel room. The presentation of the continental breakfast left a little to be desired-too much like digging around at home. Display it a little better-like not using the boxes with the muffins and sweets-etc..Maybe go check some other places to see how they lay out their breakfasts.
Front desk service was great-very personable and helpful."
