The Bad
Although many of the reviews used for this analysis were positive, there were things in common between guest complaints, namely problems with the rooms and poor lighting quality.
While many guests liked the rooms, some found them awkwardly configured. One guest felt that the ceilings were low, and that some of the furniture was not well placed. Another guest had problems opening her balcony door.
A number of guests felt that the hotel was dimly lit, both in the hallways and in the rooms. One guest attributed the darkness in their room to a lack of lamps and to low wattage light bulbs.
Some guests complained of noisy, rattling A/C units that they found disruptive.
There were some peripheral comments, on things like lack of plugs in rooms and on poor quality room service.
