"The hotel was nice but the free shuttle was a joke. After waiting 45 minutes for it to arrive at the airport, it was too small to fit all the passengers (7 in total). We were told we would have to wait another 45 minutes for it to return. Seeing as it was already 1:00 in the morning and we had to be back at the airport at 6:30, we decided to take a cab. Cab fare was $25.00! We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, but because of construction, it was more than a 2.5 km trip. Overall, what we paid was not worth the money!"

"Good quality and reasonably priced for Alberta"
"I find generally hotels in Alberta are quite expensive compared to Ontario. That said this hotel was more reasonably priced and quality did not suffer. The kids LOVED the water slide, and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice breakfast included in the fee. We left too early for the hot breakfast but there was a lot on offer that we could make up ourselves (toast/oatmeal/fruit etc)."

"I was impressed with the hotel regarding price and how clean it was. I guess I was surprised because it had a low rating . Don't always believe what you read,find out for yourself. I did and was very satisfied."
