"Warm and Friendly"
"Our room had a window but you could only view a rooftop.
The food was excellent and the service was excellent as well. Would come back.
The personnal were very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom area quit small for 2 people."

"The room did not deserve the price. One bedside lamp was broken. We have stayed better acommodation with half the price."

"Hotel was overheated, both in the room and the hallways, with no way to turn down the heat. We had to open the window and cool off the room to be able to sleep. The restaurant was not good. We had one meal there and they served cold, greasy food but did not charge us for it when we complained. Being close to the LRT was a plus and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the newspaper outside our door each morning. Nice swimming pool and whirlpool. I would stay here again."

"the only think I didn't like was that the main desk is on floor 3 1/2 and I had to carry my luggage up and down a half flight to get to and from the elevator. Not bad if you don't have much, but I wondered about seniors managing."

"As we were in Calgary for the Stampede this hotel suited us very well being near to the grounds. C train station was at the end of the car park."

"Just wanted to point out a few details that needs your attention in order to better your service to future customers.
The bathtub had an unpleasant smell and stained.
The cover spread on the bed smelled like someone's underarms."

"the hotel was noisy, one could hear other guests having sex in their room, one could hear people walking around the hallway, my sleep most certainly was disrupted numerous times during the night; the room was old and dingy; no I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"
